Health and Wellness
Effective on the first of the month after the hire date, full time employees, may participate in our rich health insurance program offered through Cigna. Two plans are available; they cover the same treatments, services and tests but are reimbursed at different levels. Under both options employees may visit a physician within the network or see a physician of their own choosing. The plan pays a greater benefit for visits to participating providers. Employees pay an exceptionally low contribution rate toward the healthcare premium.
Effective on the first day of the month following the start date, our insurance dental plan offered through Cigna provides coverage for preventive, basic and major dental care expenses.
Enrollment in the medical plan automatically includes three-tiered prescription drug coverage. With this plan, you pay less for generic drugs than brand-name drugs; mail order maintenance medications are free under one of our plans.

A voluntary insurance program for employees and their families that provides supplemental Cancer Care insurance through AFLACŪ.
Life & AD&D Insurance
Thomas provides, at no cost to you, life insurance coverage of one times your annual base salary (up to a maximum of $170,000). Free Will Preparation services are offered by Cigna, our insurance company.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees are eligible to apply for supplemental life insurance, aside from the company group life insurance policy. You can apply for additional life insurance coverage to a maximum of $500,000 for yourself; $250,000 for your spouse and $5,000 for dependent children.
