List Rental Terms and Conditions

E-mail samples must be provided for approval.
There is a minimum order of 5,000 names (Minimums are flexible under special consideration).

Can e-mails be deployed directly from our company?
No. All e-mails are sent from Thomas Publishing. These recipients have opted in to receive information from third parties about relevant products and services. All messages include a header and footer indicating as much.
Can other media be rented to follow-up on e-mail deployments?
No. Corresponding postal addresses or telephone numbers are not available.
Can I choose when the e-mail will be sent?
Yes, you can choose when the e-mail will be sent once all of the following has been received from the list renter: Confirmed order, prepayment, signed list rental agreement and sample e-mail message that has been approved. The list will be delivered within three to four business days upon request.
Can the e-mail message be personalized towards the recipient?
Yes. E-mails can be personalized with first name, last name, job function, etc.
Are there limitations to the format and size of the e-mail?
E-mail messages can be in HTML, AOL or Text. A text message must accompany an HTML and an AOL document. The ideal size limit is 20kb. Images should not exceed 40kb (or 65,536 characters).
Are there e-mail requirements?
1. A sample e-mail is required for approval with all embedded links working.
2. Opt-out process is required and must be included with each e-mail.
3. A subject line must be provided.
How are the lists priced?
Lists are normally rented on a per thousand (/M) name basis. Pricing includes deployment and testing. There are no charges for additional selects.
