QC COORDINATORR: THOMASNET CLIENT RELATIONS
OBJECTIVE: Review website and CN client projects for quality. Act as a customer advocate; liaise between all ThomasNet depts to ensure satisfactory completion of projects. Track and monitor within all Proofstat workflow systems. Assist in the on-going refinement of web solution QC procedures, tools and policies. Help develop a formal QC Coordinator handbook and training materials.
REQUIREMENTS: 1+ yrs managing web based solution evaluation protocols, (prefer technology environment). Able to understand, simplify and communicate complex and tech-based topics and issues. Strong verbal and written communications and problem solving abilities. Knowledge of MS Office, HTML; basic understanding of SEO. Multi-tasker. Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. BA/BS required.
