WEB SOLUTIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER: THOMASNET CLIENT RELATIONS
OBJECTIVE: Manage and maintain a high volume of client website projects. Coordinate all activities from creation to completion and ensure high levels of customer service to our clients and sales reps. Handle website domain transfers and email setups.
REQUIREMENTS: BA degree with 3-5 years of customer service, 2+ years managing client projects, preferably within a marketing or technical environment. Strong communication skills. Exp. with web development, internet application or e-commerce a plus.
