• PROJECT MANAGER: THOMASNET WEB SOLUTIONS
  
  OBJECTIVE: Lead a cross-functional product team to define and document requirements for a collection of content production tools and then direct development effort to ensure high user acceptance and delivery within schedule and budget constraints.               

   

  REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years project management experience in terms of internal and external development projects. Ability to lead project teams and work cross-functionally. Knowledge of product/software lifecycle methodologies. Bachelor's degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy and strong customer focus.

• DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES: THOMASNET WEB SOLUTIONS
  
  OBJECTIVE: Manage all aspects of the client engagement process supporting sales of ThomasNet Web Solutions and Navigator catalog platform from requirements gathering to solution launch. Directly manage an internal staff of 30+; focus on working with Application Engineering and Data Production teams to provide a world class experience to both clients and sales force.              

   

  REQUIREMENTS: 5 yrs of client services management exp for Internet or database-related solutions. Superb people management skills and leadership attributes. Entrepreneurial mindset. Strong written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail. Capable of building strong relationships internally and externally. Able to travel 15-20% of the time. Prefer degree in business. Familiarity with industrial products and services a plus.

• DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION: THOMASNET WEB SOLUTIONS
  
  OBJECTIVE: Manage all aspects of digital asset production including product catalog digitization, data normalization, graphic design and HTML creation. Directly manage an internal staff of 15+ and offshore vendor network. Focus on working with the client services team to provide a world class experience to clients and sales force.            

   

  REQUIREMENTS: 5+ yrs of production management exp for Internet or database-related solutions with a proven track record of success in scalable production management. Superb people management skills and leadership attributes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Entrepreneurial mindset. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build stron relationships internally and externally. Able to travel 15-20% of the time. Prefer degree in business. Familiarity with industrial products and services a plus.

  OBJECTIVE: Manage the ongoing maintenance development associated with the Navigator platform in collaboration with the Sr. Project Manager. Lead a cross-functional product team to define and document product requirements. Direct project efforts to ensure high customer acceptance and delivery within schedule and budget.             

   

  REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years project management exp. Ability to lead project teams and work cross-functionally. Knowledge of products/software lifecycle methodologies. Strong familiarity with software usability issues. Bachelor's degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy and strong customer focus.

• PROJECT ENGINEER: THOMASNET WEB SOLUTIONS
  
  OBJECTIVE: Assist with the production of database driven websites containing either industrial product catalogs or manufacturing processes geared for the engineering community. Collaborate with customers during the design, production and review of the data. Structure data content so that (1) technical users can search and retrieve products or services in an efficient way and (2) sites are optimized for search engine results. Interface with data creation staff and external vendors. Oversee data entry personnel during the production process. Work with website developers to present data in a logical, tecnically accurate and aesthetically pleasing interface.            

   

  REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering  preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Must be detail and deadline oriented with some familiarity with Internet search engines and research databases. Experience with Microsoft Office. Thorough understanding of common engineering principles and standards. Familiarity with html and website standards. Strong technical writing skills and thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes such as: CNC machining, rapid prototyping, plating, injection molding, casting and forging.
