  • ASSISTANT BILLING SUPERVISOR: TPCO CORPORATE FINANCE

    OBJECTIVE: Ensure timely and accurate billing records and invoices for ThomasNet and Magazine Products. Assist with the processing of EDI contracts and processes. 

     

    REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years billing and account experience, knowledge of Oracle of Great Plain System. Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication skills.

      • CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER: TPCO CORPORATE FINANCE

        OBJECTIVE: Assist in managing accounting systems and maintaining strong internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results. Oversee the administration of independent contractor system. Assist with external audit process. Supervise staff of two to administer Travel & Entertainment policies and corporate document imaging system.

         

        REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years exp in Accounting/Finance; Degree in Accounting or Finance; Proficient in Oracle Financials, Oracle GL, AR, AP Techno Functional. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word. High degree of comfort in dealing with legal documents (contracts, license agreements, legal filings). Excellent written and oral communication skills.

          • PROJECT MANAGER: TPCO INFORMATION SERVICES

            OBJECTIVE: Manage and coordinate project teams througout the project lifecycle to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of back-office and infrastructure technology initiatives to internal corporate customers. Act as the primary liaison between customers and other IT departments including Applications, Infrastructure, Client Support, and Quality Assurance. Primary responsibility for monitoring, measuring, and reporting project status. 

             

            REQUIREMENTS: 4 to 6 years exp in the complete software development lifecycle with particular focus on front-end activities (business analysis, wireframing, requirements definition and functional design); 3 to 5 years exp managing software development projects. Exp with Agile methodologies is a strong plus; technical understanding of database applications within client or client/server environments; able to travel at least 30% of the time, mainly daytrips between Horsham and 5 Penn, with occasional overnight travel required. BA degree in Computer Science or other science or engineeering field, or equivalent; ability to understand and translate the customer needs to the project team; financial and scheduling skills, with proven ability to accurately estimate and adhere to budgets and schedules.
