WEB ASSOCIATE: THOMASNET WEB INITIATIVES OBJECTIVE: Assist the Web Technology Operations team to facilitate traffic generation efforts, including on-site enhancements and link building initiatives. In addition, monitor and promote high revenue content categories of ThomasNet.com, work on functional development and promotional initiatives for an assigned number of key topic areas of the website.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ yrs of demonstrable SEO exp-optimizing content and website architecture, link-building and keyword research; demonstrated ability and interest in using blogs and other social media platforms to build and engage audiences; advanced understanding of internet, website technology, HTML, URLs, search engines, search engine marketing, general online marketing, social websites, and popular online social networks; college degree.

WEB ANALYTICS MANAGER: THOMASNET WEB INITIATIVES OBJECTIVE: Assist in the management and maintenance of the reporting function that tracks web site activity on all ThomasNet.com properties.
REQUIREMENTS: Exp with web technologies; strong technology background and acumen; HTML, JavaScript, server-side programming; exp with Web Analytics software (Web Trends, Omniture, or similar); working knowledge of database and web architecture; exp with Excel, databases (preferably MSSQL Server); strong technical writing and interpersonal skills; College degree, preferably related to Computer Science/MIS/Statistics.
