WEBSITE PRODUCTION MANAGER: THOMASNET INTERACTIVE PRODUCTION OBJECTIVE: Manage a high volume website design production operation which produces up to $1000 client template based and basic custom design websites. Oversee the production of ThomasNet Website Production Resources - manage internal staff of project managers and designers as well as external design resources. Track and monitor website production workloads and resource allocation. Work with the Executive Director of Production Operations to develop and manage the Production team budget, Business Plan, and executive stakeholder updates.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ yrs managing a multifaceted high volume production/trafficking operation; working knowledge of SEO; able to efficiently manage multiple projects; excellent organizations, and communication skills; strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and Access; BA degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.

ART PRODUCTION MANAGER: I.E.N. PRODUCTION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for pre-flighting both editorial and advertising layouts, create PDF's from Adobe Acrobat, pull proofs and FTP page to printer.
REQUIREMENTS: Min 1 yr art production exp; MAC exp; Quark Xpress and Adobe Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Distiller; Great organization skills, with detail orientation; Able to think independently and cope with tight deadlines; Good communication and phone skills; AA degree.
