    REQUIREMENTS: Min 7 yrs exp managing and motivating a sales team. Strong knowledge base of the media business within B2C or B2B, with heavy emphasis on web 2.0. Exp in acquiring and managing accounts; seasoned negotiator. Ability to analyze data, communicate, forecast, and to create winning presentations. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to travel 50% of the time within the U.S. and some International. College degree required. MBA a plus.
