GENERAL MANAGER: CLIENT WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES OBJECTIVE: Build and lead a new advanced client website development group to provide advanced agency level website services to our small to mid-size Industrial Client base. Will define and recruit a a production team, work with our sales force and presales engineering teams to acquire new clients; interface with clients and manage production resources to ensure all work is completed on time and to quality standards. Manage P&L and budget for this new business unit.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ yrs exp in web design, developmentation; 2+ yrs managing a web development team; 2+ yrs working with prospects and clients in a sales or project requirements definition capacity; 1+ yrs providing client facing SEO services; comprehensive understanding of web analytics and SEO techniques; understanding of PPC management services; strong communication and presentation skills; able to efficiently manage multiple projects and staff; knowledge of industrial manufacturing and services is a plus.
