Summary:Utilizing analysis of reports and websites to create customized presentations and provide highly qualified appointments to the Telesales Group Responsibilities:- Research
- Analyzing Internet Activity Reports and leveraging analysis of this data for securing qualified appointments
- Analyzing Newsroom Press Release Activity Reports and leveraging analysis of this data for securing qualified appointments
- Performing calls to New Free Listing prospects reviewing their listings activity to secure qualified appointments
- Performing calls to Enhanced Listing non-renewed clients reviewing their listings activity to secure appointments for upgrading their marketing programs
- Appointment Setting
- Set 25 qualified appointments per week
- Using problem solving skills to offer appropriate ThomasNet solutions to prospects that set the tone for productive appointments in which a minimum of 10% convert into sales
- Warm transfer of calls to telesales rep when possible
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years Telemarketing (B to B appointment setting)
- Sales experience a +
- Must be an aggressive closer
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to establish rapport with high-level decision-makers
- Must have a working knowledge of the Internet
- Must be able to conduct sales presentations using web based tools
- Must be able to employ new sales techniques and have the flexibility to take on new projects
- Must be an enthusiastic, high energy team player
